Logan Riggs is a passionate individual from a small town in Kansas. She has been with Generations Dentistry since 2020 and enjoys connecting with patients on a personal level. Logan is a certified EFDA assistant but you will see her all over the office. At the front desk she greets patients and coordinates appointments for dental treatment. In the treatment rooms Logan takes x-rays, intra oral scans for orthodontic aligners, and assists with preparing the rooms for patient appointments. If you do not see her at the front, she is likely in the back office where she specializes in 3D printing, making retainers and night guards for patients. Logan has a lot of love for the dental world and enjoys continuously expanding her knowledge of the field.
Logan loves spending time with her family in Kansas. You may also see her out and about near the water in the Tampa Bay area as she has a deep love for the ocean. As an avid certified scuba diver, she explores the wonders beneath the waves, capturing the beauty of marine life. Logan’s adventurous spirit extends beyond the ocean, as she cherishes the thrill of traveling and discovering diverse cultures. Through her experiences, Logan weaves a tapestry of stories that reflects a life shaped by exploration and a genuine appreciation for the world’s wonders.
Feeling uncertain about his aspirations, a move to California ensued. While working at Radio Shack, he enrolled in business courses at Santa Barbara City College, reigniting a dormant passion for entrepreneurship. The epiphany struck—dentistry, with its blend of clinical practice and entrepreneurialism, aligned with his newfound vision. Thus, he embarked on dental school at NYU College of Dentistry in New York City, embracing the comprehensive education it offered.
Post-graduation, longing to escape the harsh winters, David returned to Florida, intending to succeed his father’s practice in Orlando. Yet, Tampa captured his heart. Settling in downtown Tampa, he witnessed the city’s transformative growth. Exploring newfound interests like running along the Riverwalk and indulging in live music, he became a patron of the local radio station’s Friday spotlight show hosted by his friend Ken Apperson and a proud sponsor of the Gasparilla Music Festival.
Taking over Dr. Michael Kantor’s dental office in 2014 solidified his ties to Tampa. His current office on Cypress, established in 2019, not only expanded his practice but also led him to meet his wife, Rachel, during the move. Despite initially living in Charleston, SC, they navigated a long-distance relationship until circumstances brought them together during the COVID pandemic. Welcoming their son, Benjamin Zev, in 2022, David now prioritizes fatherhood. Balancing parental responsibilities, he still tends to his fish tanks and enjoys exploring new culinary experiences alongside Rachel, both avid members of various wine clubs.
